Conscious connected breathing is an ancient practice that is done in a facilitated setting utilising circular breathing to invoke healing and higher states of consciousness. The technique involves connecting the breath in and the breath out without any pause or holding in between. A theta brainwave and deep trance like state is induced through this conscious connected breathing which is where the subconscious can be accessed and re-patterned, which can assist towards healing ancestral patterns, trauma, stress and even physical discomfort. Accessing these higher states of consciousness can even bring a profound awareness to one’s self-limiting beliefs, addictions and emotional patterns in order to begin the process of healing, releasing and transforming the Whole-Being into a way of being that is more in alignment with one’s true nature.
