Meditation is a profound practice available to all. Silent meditation is the discipline of witnessing one’s thoughts without judgment and anchoring into the present moment. As simple as this may sound, It can be challenging for many new practitioners who spend the majority of their lives in the thinking mind, and who may not have developed the self awareness or the tools to strengthen this muscle of heightened consciousness. Guided meditations, facilitated by a teacher can help new practitioners harness the tools and develop the skill to practice meditation and mindfulness.
